Job Description

We are looking for a Client Support Agent to provide top-tier assistance to our customers using Swyft’s cybersecurity solutions. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients through security protocols, and escalate critical cases. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot security software and network-related issues.
  • Guide customers through setup, configurations, and best practices.
  • Escalate complex cases to engineering or cybersecurity teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve user experience.
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or cybersecurity assistance.
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and Mac troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience using ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
