Job Description

As a GRC Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing Swyft’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure that our cybersecurity policies align with industry standards and legal requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining Swyft’s overall security and risk posture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Swyft’s GRC strategies in line with cybersecurity regulations and standards.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks for internal and external stakeholders.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to GRC policies and procedures.

Advise leadership on risk mitigation, compliance challenges, and evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance in the cybersecurity space.

Strong familiarity with industry cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

Proven experience in managing audit processes and responding to compliance inquiries.

Strong communication and project management skills to handle cross-departmental collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
