Job Description

As a part-time, hourly Client Support Agent at Swyft, you will be the front line of communication for our clients, assisting them with technical issues, inquiries, and product support. You will troubleshoot customer concerns, provide clear and concise solutions, and ensure clients have a smooth experience with our cybersecurity products. This flexible, remote position is perfect for someone looking to build their experience in customer support while contributing to the success of Swyft.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cybersecurity products
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions to clients’ problems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or specialists
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the support system
  • Assist in improving support materials and knowledge base
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  • Familiarity with basic cybersecurity concepts is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
