Job Description

As an Enterprise Client Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, generating qualified leads, sparking conversations with decision-makers, and driving momentum in the enterprise sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage enterprise prospects in cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, and technology
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and prospect data in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics including meetings booked and outreach volume
  • Stay informed on Swyft’s product offerings, cybersecurity trends, and customer pain points
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to accelerate your sales skills and domain knowledge
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of grit, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to take feedback and act on it quickly
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment
