Job Description

We are hiring a People & Talent Manager to oversee Swyft’s recruitment and onboarding processes. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires. If you're passionate about shaping the workforce and driving talent acquisition, we want you to help build Swyft's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition in alignment with Swyft’s growth goals.
  • Improve employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and engagement.
  • Work with managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with external recruiters and industry talent networks.
  • Maintain an inclusive, equitable, and diverse hiring process and culture.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
