Job Description

We are looking for a People & Talent Partner to join our team, focused on employee relations and ensuring the smooth functioning of Swyft’s workforce. In this role, you will manage employee relations issues, provide strategic guidance to leadership, and work on creating an inclusive, healthy, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership on all employee relations matters.
  • Resolve employee disputes and concerns through conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
  • Advise on organizational changes and help maintain a positive, engaged workforce.
  • Develop and implement employee feedback systems and engagement surveys.
  • Work with HR to develop and execute training programs on employee rights, workplace behavior, and policies.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or talent management roles.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, employee rights, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Proven experience in building employee engagement and managing workplace culture.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
