Job Description

We are seeking a Red Team Operator to lead offensive security operations and simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) in real-world scenarios. You will identify vulnerabilities, exploit weaknesses, and provide actionable insights to enhance Swyft’s security posture. This role requires deep expertise in penetration testing, threat hunting, and adversarial tactics. If you have a passion for ethical hacking and want to challenge our security teams, we want you on our side.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute red team operations simulating real-world cyberattacks to test Swyft’s defenses.

Perform advanced penetration testing on network infrastructure, web applications, and cloud environments.

Leverage social engineering techniques, phishing, and physical security bypass in assessments.

Develop and deploy custom tools and exploits to bypass security measures.

Work closely with the blue team to identify gaps in detection and response capabilities.

Provide detailed post-engagement reports with actionable remediation steps for vulnerabilities found.

Conduct adversary simulation using TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) outlined by the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Stay up-to-date with emerging attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and tools in the cybersecurity industry.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.

Strong knowledge of exploit development, privilege escalation, and lateral movement techniques.

Proficiency with tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.

Experience with Active Directory attacks, SQL injection, and web application exploitation.

Familiarity with C2 frameworks, malware analysis, and advanced social engineering tactics.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating exploits and testing.

Industry certifications like OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
