Job Description

We are hiring an Enterprise Client Support Agent to assist corporate clients with Swyft’s cybersecurity and network security solutions. You will work directly with IT teams, helping them optimize security configurations and resolve technical issues. This role requires hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, and security policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for enterprise clients on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Diagnose network security incidents, firewall configurations, and VPN setups.
  • Assist clients in resolving compliance and security vulnerabilities.
  • Work with Network Engineers to implement security best practices.
  • Document technical issues and contribute to knowledge base resources.
  • Offer training and guidance to IT teams on best security practices.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, network security, or cybersecurity assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A security certification like CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
