Job Description

As a Risk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth assessments of Swyft’s cybersecurity posture. You will identify potential risks, help develop mitigation strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems remain secure. Your role will help drive informed decision-making around security investments and operational risks.

Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments on existing and proposed systems to identify vulnerabilities and threats.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and make recommendations to enhance Swyft’s security posture.

Work with internal teams to understand technical vulnerabilities and propose solutions to reduce risks.

Assist with security audits and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks.

Produce risk reports and ensure that management is aware of potential security concerns.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or information security analysis.

Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or similar.

Solid understanding of threat modeling, risk management methodologies, and incident response.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex risk scenarios into actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
